This Tree Assigns Reading — Woodcut-Style Book Christmas Poster for Librarians

Give your library’s Christmas decorating a reading assignment. This poster turns a stack of books into one unmistakable Christmas tree, paired with the oversized phrase “This Tree Assigns Reading.” It’s a seasonal library joke with enough visual presence to stand on its own.

Woodcut- and linocut-inspired artwork gives the book-built tree a bold, graphic character. Large, integrated lettering keeps the message central rather than hiding it among tiny holiday details. Display it near a librarian’s desk, in a staff reading space, or alongside a seasonal book display.

This is a physical poster, printed on demand and shipped by our production partner—not a digital download or a hand-carved print. Check the available size options and product specifications before ordering to choose a suitable fit for your space. For care, handle with clean, dry hands and keep away from moisture and prolonged direct sunlight.
