Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the Original Max Goods website (the "Site") and purchases from it. By ordering or browsing you agree to them.

1. Orders

We confirm orders by email. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if the item is unavailable, a pricing/typo error occurred, or we suspect fraud. Prices are in USD and may change without notice; the price at checkout is the price you pay.

2. All sales final

Because goods are made to order or delivered instantly as downloads, all sales are final and items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except as described in our All Sales Final policy (damage/defect remedies) and where consumer law requires more.

3. Digital goods licence

Buying a digital item grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the raw files, or use them in services that compete with us. Finished works you make using them (prints, crafts, games) are yours. Product pages and licence files may add terms.

4. Use of the Site

You agree not to: probe or attack the Site; abuse the Help Desk (spam, harassment, fake claims); resell or scrape catalogue content; or impersonate others. We may suspend access that violates these Terms.

5. Content & IP

All Site content — names, logos, designs, listing copy and images — is owned by Original Max Goods or licensed to it, and may not be copied without permission. Trademarks of others are the property of their owners and used descriptively only where lawful.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or rights that cannot be excluded in your jurisdiction.

7. Emails we send

Order confirmations, receipts and Help Desk notices are transactional and essential. Marketing emails are only sent with consent and include unsubscribe links.

8. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; the current version always lives at https://originalmaxgoods.com/terms. Orders are governed by the laws of the operator's place of business (stated at checkout), excluding conflict-of-law rules, and disputes go to its courts — except where your local consumer law lets you sue at home, which it does.
