Privacy Policy
We collect as little as possible and never sell your data. Plainly:
What we collect
- Orders: your name, email, shipping address and order contents — what any shop needs to deliver.
- Help Desk tickets: the name, email, order number and message you choose to send us, plus the reply thread.
- Email: messages to [email protected] / [email protected] and our replies.
- Hosting logs: our provider records IP addresses and request metadata for security, kept short-term.
What we don't do
No ad networks, no trackers, no cookies for advertising, no data brokers, no selling or renting of any personal information — ever. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and never reach us.
Who we share with
Only the services needed to run the shop: payment processing, order fulfilment (we pass your name, address and item to the maker), and email delivery for receipts and tickets. Each is contractually limited to that job.
Retention
Order records are kept for tax/legal recordkeeping (typically 7 years). Help Desk tickets are kept for 2 years of inactivity then deleted. You may request deletion of anything not legally required to keep.
Your rights
Where law grants them (GDPR, CCPA and similar): access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection. Email [email protected] — we respond within 30 days. EU/UK residents may complain to their supervisory authority.
Children
The shop is not directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
