Every physical item is produced for you when you order, then shipped by a fulfilment partner local to the production facility. Typical windows:

• Production: 2–7 business days.
• Domestic (US): 3–4 days in transit.
• International: 5–10 days depending on destination and customs.

Tracking, when available, is emailed automatically. Weather, holidays and customs can add days — we monitor every order and chase anything stuck.

Digital goods — instant

Download links arrive by email within minutes of your order confirming. Links don't expire for the first 30 days, and we happily reissue them any time — your purchase is yours for good. Open a ticket with your order number for a resend.

Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout by weight and destination. Digital goods are always free to deliver.
