The Lamp Claimant — Linocut-style luna moth poster for dark academia reading nooks

The best light in the library is already taken. An original luna moth perches on a vintage reading-lamp shade beneath the declaration “This Lamp Is Reserved”—a small territorial claim for readers who understand the importance of a good lamp.

This poster pairs woodcut-inspired illustration with bold lettering and controlled carved textures. Rather than another moth-and-moon arrangement, it gives your wall one recognizable scene and a gently witty, moth-specific joke. The composition prioritizes readability over tiny details that can get lost in print.

Hang it near your reading chair, above a bookcase, or in a gothic study. It also makes a thoughtful book-lover gift without relying on a generic reading slogan.
